Metal Half Round Gutter Making Machinery - Drainage Ditch Roll Forming Machine
Main Rollers: Manufactured from 45# steel with CNC processing and hard Chrome coating. Features 18 row wheels with a 70mm solid shaft. Working speed ranges from 10-15M/min. The rollers are designed to be smooth and rust-resistant, ensuring no scratches on the processed sheets.
Computer Control Cabinet: Utilizes Delta PLC with a user-friendly touchscreen interface. Supports both Automatic and Manual modes. Targeted sheet lengths are easily adjustable, providing steady and reliable operation.
Hydraulic Pump Station: Equipped with a CDF-10 hydraulic pump known for low noise and long operating life. It drives the cutting mechanism efficiently via a gear wheel oil pump system.
Feeding Table & Cutting Knife: The feeding table ensures smooth material entry. The cutting unit uses Cr12/CR12MOV material with heat treatment. It offers a precise cutting tolerance of ±1.0mm and high energy conversion efficiency.
Remote Control: For enhanced operational convenience, the device includes a wireless remote, allowing operators to start or pause the machine from any nearby position.
